Phenom Hoops hit the road for another weekend of basketball, this time, heading to Tennessee to check out some intriguing talent the state and surrounding areas have.
We had an array of players come to the event, playing at all levels and looking to compete. Phenom Hoops had our national scouts on deck as well and these are a few players that caught our eyes today in Kingsport, Tennessee.

2021 6’1 Kavon Horton
Horton is a type of point guard that can play at multiple speeds and breaks down defenders with his change of pace and ball handling. Time and time again, he got defenders thinking, as he was able to push the ball in transition, get his teammates involved, and score inside and out.
2021 5’10 Aiden Proudfoot
Proudfoot brought intrigue to the floor with his quick mentality, high IQ, and smooth play. His displayed quick feet on both sides of the floor, looked to create havoc on defense, and knocked down quite a few three’s for his team.
2022 6’0 Hamilton Campbell
Campbell really set the tone for his team and his ability to create in the open floor. Whether it was showing his craftiness around the rim or distributing to his teammates, Campbell was a playmaker all over the court.
2022 5’9 Luke Lentz
There are always coaches looking for a strong point guard and Lentz was one of those that stood out. He made the right plays, found his teammates in the right positions, and showcased strong handles on the floor. Played with a high IQ.
2023 6’6 Debada Tshiebwe
The younger brother of Oscar Tshiebwe, Debada has a chance to be a big-time prospect like his brother. Already sporting the physical tools, he was able to dominant the paint, out-man his opponents, rebound the ball at a high rate, and score in an array of ways, including an impressive jumper. Watch out for this young man.
2020 6’5 Alec Topper
Topper was one of the most consistent players on the court, using a balanced attack inside and out, along with his motor. Every time you look up, he seems to be making a play on both ends of the floor. Absolutely hustled all over the floor.
