Phenom Hoops hit the road for another weekend of basketball, this time, heading to Tennessee to check out some intriguing talent the state and surrounding areas have.
We had an array of players come to the event, playing at all levels and looking to compete. Phenom Hoops had our national scouts on deck as well and these are a few players that caught our eyes today in Kingsport, Tennessee.

2020 6’7 David Early (Beckley Prep)
Holding already some impressive offers, Early showcased why schools in the West Virginia area are recruiting him. He is a strong-bodied, versatile prospect that can play multiple positions. Loved his ability to create for his teammates, handle the ball in transition, and also find his teammates. He also showcased he can score in an array of ways, break down defenders, and knockdown tough jumpers.
2020 6’8 Cameron Stitt (Beckley Prep)
Stitt is a known name around the area but his versatility should have college programs salivating. Time and time again, he used his 6’8 frame to be a difference-maker down low but also use that same length to be a consistent knockdown shooter from three. He simply gets it done in an array of ways and continues to build strength and develop into his frame.
2022 5’10 Jakobi Gillespie
Gillespie is a strong young guard that used his size to get to the rim but also hit open jumpers. He plays under control, always is active on both ends, and looks to create for himself.
2020 5’4 Keaton Simpson
One of the smaller guards on the court but man, did he step up in a big way. An incredibly quick first step, using that speed to get by defenders, run the floor, and score easy buckets. But that doesn’t stop him from pulling the trigger. He can score in a hurry.
2022 6’10 Gabriel Beny-Till
Beny-Till is one of those developing young bigs that shows flashes of his potential. His wingspan covers the entire paint, he moves his feet really well, stays active on both ends and is a shot blocker/ difference-maker on the defensive end. Still developing his overall offensive tools, he puts in the effort that should have schools intrigued.
2020 6’6 Khalifah Muhammad
Muhammad is that prospect that can do a little bit of everything on the floor. He can initiate the offense, handle the ball in transition, rebound on both ends, and uses his size to attack the rim.
