2025 Greg Murray (Carolina Riptide 2025): As a young guard, Murray has a natural feel for the game and how to attack off the dribble. He makes savvy plays, always seems to be active and around the ball, and sees the floor really well. Add on top his ability to score from multiple levels and create off the dribble, Murray is certainly going to be a name to remember.
2025 Jackson Fannon (Hoopklip): Fannon is already a 6’4/6’5 type prospect that moves really well on the floor. He helps man the middle and brings legit size defensively but also showcases that he can step out, knock down shots as well as create off the dribble. Does a nice job on the boards as well. He has the early indicators to be a very good prospect.
2025 Sawyer Belue (Haywood Hawks): Belue brings that point guard mentality and vision to the floor, always looking up and showing that he can penetrate the defense and kick. But he also brings that scoring capability in finishing strong around the rim or stepping out from the perimeter. Good feel to the game as a young player.
2024 Michael Mallory (Celtics South): Mallory is a smaller guard but isn’t afraid to mix it up, embracing contact and penetrating the lane. I really like his activity level and his ability to get to the rim or get to the free-throw line.
2025 Dane Cassada (PSB Winston-Salem): Cassada is a fundamentally sound, high IQ type player that can absolutely stroke it from deep but also brings a ton of energy on both sides of the ball. Cassada was active defensively, getting his hands on the ball, while also being a consistent scorer on the other end.
2024 Trace Moffitt (NC Rim Runners): Moffitt was on fire from deep; it seemed that he simply could not miss and shot the ball with ease. As a stretch forward-type prospect, his ability to step out and confidently knock down shots is impressive.
2024 Amari Richardson (Charlotte Royals 2024): Richardson is an incredibly quick guard that knifes through defenses using his speed. He excels in the open floor and in transition, sees the floor well, and attacks the open spots on the court. Richardson simply is a playmaker with the ball in his hands.
2024 Ryan Lewis (Charlotte Royals 2024): Lewis is going to be a name in North Carolina that many become familiar with. This young man can absolutely fill up the boxscore, creating for himself, getting to the line, and scoring in an array of ways and levels. Every time we see him on the court, he consistently gets buckets.
2023 Kristian Chapman (Next Level Elite 2023 Burdette): Chapman brings a nice two-way ability to the court. He was quiet in the first half but really showed his ability to get downhill, use his body well to finish, and score in an array of ways. With his size, it allows him to also defend multiple positions and play multiple positions offensively.
