2022 6’2 Marcus Farley Jr. (Team Together 16u): Farley continues to have an impressive summer, scoring the ball consistently and earning MVP honors. He did much of the same in Game 1 on Saturday, really staying aggressive, getting downhill and finishing strong at the rim. Showcased more of his athleticism with a few throwdowns as well.
2022 6’5 Karon Boyd (Charlotte Hoyas 16u): Boyd is simply a prospect that you can place in multiple positions and he can be effective. He works well down low, rebounding and scoring around the rim, but also can defend along the perimeter and get out in transition. He showed a nice balance of attack, scoring 20 points in Game 1.
2023 6’8 Elijah Strong (Team Synergy 2023): It has been over a year since seeing Strong for the first time and one can see that he continues to develop his overall feel for the game. He brings size to the table already at a young age but a versatile forward that not only can show touch and rebound in the paint, but also run the floor and finish with his jumper from the perimeter.
2022 6’2 Ketron “KC” Shaw (Charlotte Supreme 2022): Shaw is a wiry guard but one that uses his long frame, athleticism, and aggressive nature to his advantage. He is always active on both ends and time after time, he was able to create and get to the line. Strong showing in Game 1 today in Spartanburg.
2022 6’5 Dyterious Williams (Next Level SC): Williams is a big man that carves up space and can physically punish opponents with his size. Really can be effective downlow in the paint, showing good hands and touch around the rim. Continues to be a double-double type guy each time he steps on the court.
