2022 Damien Robinson (Fayetteville Flash 2022): Robinson may be an undersized big but that doesn’t stop him from making his mark down in the paint. Built looking like a football player, Robinson moves very well on the floor and brings a strong presence down in the paint. He was exceptional in getting on the offensive boards and showing touch on his putbacks.
2022 Jakhari Webb (Rock Hill Ballers): Webb played so much bigger than he is listed on the court. Webb has a nice feel for the game and impacts the floor in multiple ways, whether it is scoring from several areas but also helping on the boards and defending several positions.
2022 Kory Davis (1-Carolina) just has natural instincts as a point guard on the floor. Sees the floor well, picks his spots to attack, really runs, and initiates the offense well. Just has a great feel with the ball in his hands. But he also showcased his offensive skillset, really attacking in the second half, knocking down shots, and getting to the line.
2022 6’10 Lawrence Bartee (Next Level SC) continues to have a strong showing at the Summer Havoc. The big man continues to improve and show great touch on his shot and finishing around the rim. But you can’t look past his wingspan and potential as he continues to develop. This is a big man in South Carolina that deserves more looks his way and it should be coming.
2022 Jaxon Ellingsworth (Brand X): Ellingsworth made our standouts yesterday and surely makes it again with his play in Game 1 of Day 2. Finishing with 28 points, Ellingsworth showcased a fluid, smooth operating game as a 6’8 prospect. Everything looks cohesive with him and just always seems to have a hand on the ball, whether it is his touch and feel in the paint, popping out for his shot, or getting his hands on the boards.
2022 Jadon Carnes (Charlotte Royals): Carnes has been really strong throughout this event so far. The 6’4 prospect has played a tremendous role for the Royals alongside McKelvy and Willis, getting out in transition and showing off a little athleticism, as well as his ability to stretch the floor and knock down shots from three. Have to give him props for what he has shown this weekend.
