2026 Trevor Manhertz (Garner Road)
Manhertz may have been the breakout player of the event with what he showed; we have been waiting for this young man and he has now arrived, as we could see the potential in his game, but everything had to come together. Well, we have arrived at that point, as Manhertz clearly put himself with some of the best in his class. Great length and size at 6’7, has big-time shot making from deep with a fluid/ effortless release, and you can see his confidence growing by the day with his ability to score in other ways. Manhertz did a great job creating, being a huge threat from deep, and making high IQ plays, and we believe he still has room for even more growth.
2026 Colben Landrew (Game Elite)
Getting a chance to watch Landrew on a few occasions throughout the weekend, he was one who simply stood out each time with his overall presence. A 6’6 prospect that has a college frame and did a great job in being active in a variety of areas, Landrew just provided production. With his frame, he was able to score and attack the basket, bodying up defenders and finishing strong while also knocking down shots from outside. He played with a smooth feel, helped on the glass, and could defend multiple positions if needed.
2026 Jaire Richburg (CP3)
CP3 is a loaded squad, there is no doubt about that. But what I saw from Richburg this weekend, he deserves credit. The football star brings talent to the court as well, and he will be a key piece to this team’s success this summer. Richburg does a great job in using that football mentality on the court, attacking strong, finishing at the rim and through contact, and just being a strong presence where it is needed. He competes and plays hard, steps up when needed offensively, and just brings good overall energy to the court.
2026 Jyi Dawkins (Garner Road)
Dawkins was another guard that I believe deserves recognition, and if I were a college program around the area, I wouldn’t be letting him escape North Carolina. Dawkins was impressive with his shot-making, being an effective option with his mid-range game over defenders, stretching the floor from behind the arc, and also making strong plays in attacking off the bounce. Dawkins has had a tremendous year and should be garnering offers from college programs, and I believe this weekend is the start of a big summer for him.
2026 Hakeem Weems (Atlanta Xpress)
Weems was one we were eager to watch, as the 6’10 prospect has a lot of factors that you have to like about his game. He brings fluidity, skill, length, and versatility to the court with his play, showing that he can score inside, attack and create off the bounce, step out along the perimeter and be a threat, and be able to guard/operate from multiple positions on the court. He has a natural athleticism with his frame that allows him to comfortably impact the game from multiple positions and areas. And with what he showed at the event, I believe many other schools will start getting involved this summer.
