2027 6’2 Kymani Walters (Inspire Academy): Walters really grabs your attention with his style of play and how physical he can be on the court. Time after time, he was able to get downhill, embrace contact and physically finish through defenders and get to the line. He has good handles, and also showcased his athleticism as well in finishing at the rim, but also can score in other ways as well. Walters though was at his best when he was attacking the defense.
2026 6’2 Jordan Charles (United Scholastic Academy): Though Charles didn’t have his outside game going, the 5’11 guard did give you flashes of his ability to create and break down defenders, has a longer frame for his age, and is able to not only create for himself but as well as for others. He gave you flashes of his ability to be a weapon from multiple levels.
2026 6’3 Elijah Patterson (Orangeville Prep): The younger brother of Addison Patterson, Elijah went on to win MVP honors and scoring 30 points. Watching him again, Patterson is an intriguing player with how he can operate. The 6’3 prospect brings versatility to the court, as he did an excellent job in running in transition, getting easy baskets, and simply filling it up. But we have also watched him in his ability to stretch the defense with his outside shooting.
2026 6’1 Kamai Samuels (Loyola High): Really liked what I saw out of Samuels and his game. He did a great job in creating for himself and showing his burst to get by defenders. He was able to create space, get into the paint and get downhill, score effectively around the rim, showcase good bounce to his game, and also plays with energy. Time after time, he was able to make plays in attacking and creating.
2027 5’3 Javion Tyndale (Royal Crown Academy): Tyndale was fun to watch. The smallest prospect on the court, but that didn’t stop him from showing how crafty and shifty he can be with the ball in his hands. You don’t see too many guards at his age that can create like he does, creating extremely well off the bounce, finding ways to get defenders on his hip, reading and seeing the floor to set up his teammates, and also being a threat from behind the arc with his jumper.
2026 6’2 Rokiem Green (Inspire Academy): What a show Green put on in this game, as he finished with 42 points and did it with ease at times. Coming in, we had heard about his ability to fill it up but it was even more impressive watching him in action. A terrific playmaker, scores the ball from all levels and has tremendous shot-making ability, and doesn’t need much space. Was so smooth out in the open floor with tremendous touch and simply understands how to create for himself and fill it up.
2026 5’11 Jaylen Simmons (Crestwood Prep): Simmons just grabbed your attention with his high intensity on the court. He was strong in playing hard, remaining active, moving well without the ball, and also do a great job in making plays off the dribble and finding his teammates. Time after time, he created and dished for an easy basket.
