2024 Owen Stewart (NLE): Though it was the first game of the day, Stewart really grabbed my attention with just how smoothly he operated and his effortless ability to knock down shots. Good size for his positions, Stewart was able to get to his spots well and knocked down shots with a fluid release and range, hitting multiple threes. But he also moved well without the ball, made plays off the bounce, and scored from an array of areas. Finished with 30 points to start the day.

2026 Onur Kurucu (ACE SD Scriven): Kurucu is one that just brings a physical presence to the court. Embraces battling down in the paint, doing the dirty work, and making an impact on both sides of the floor. He did just that, finishing strong in the paint, finding ways to get to the line, and also making a presence defensively as well.

2026 Tyrin Graham (Mint Hill Lakers): Graham came out red hot to start the event, and that continued throughout his games. Time after time when watching him, he was able to get to his spots off the dribble and he was looking for his shot from behind the arc. Shot the ball with extreme confidence and really changed the game for his team with his ability to hit shots from the perimeter with range. He scored in a variety of ways overall, has quick crafty moves, and a ton of confidence with his scoring ability.

2026 Dillon Mason (Upward Stars Carolina 2026): Mason is an interesting younger prospect who has good early size and really showed that he can be an option both inside and out. He moves well all throughout the floor, can step out and knock down shots but also finishes downhill and makes plays on both ends as well as being active on the glass. He showed flashes all throughout early on here at the event.

2025 Jackson Powers (NC Rise): Powers simply just find ways to produce and be effective. Like to always say that he is a double-double type guy that goes about his business and does what is needed. A forward that can mix it up well, comfortable in stretching the floor and knocking down outside shots as well as showing touch around the basket. Not to mention his impact on the boards.

2026 Dylan Twitty (NC Spartans): Twitty is an interesting 6’7 forward that gives you flashes of his potential but also shows his ability to impact the game in certain ways. He has good size at his age, and knows how to use it well especially when attacking the glass and being strong on the boards. He moves his feet well defensively, can alter shots, and is an option down low for his team.

2025 Yasir Cromer (Stars Gold): Watching Cromer operate on the court, he is one that simply stood out with his ability to manage and control the game, leading the charge and being that true point guard. Cromer was terrific in creating and finding his teammates, getting them open shots, making the right decisions, and is one that just makes everyone better around him. A facilitating point guard for his team.

2025 KJ Ford (NC Rise Pittman): What an impressive showing today from Ford, finishing with 31 points to help his team to a big win. He was firing from all cylinders, hitting multiple threes in rhythm but also attacking off the bounce, getting to the basket, and finishing extremely effectively. Ford elevated his game to another level to help secure the victory.

2024 Jamaal Chrisp (Hoop Love Elite): Absolutely loved what I saw from the unsigned senior, and with his length/size, his athleticism, and his motor on the court, he could be a nice snag late for a program still looking. He ran the floor really well, played with tremendous energy and motor on the glass, finished strong at the m, and continued to be effective all around the basket.  He simply outworked his opponents on several occasions when watching him.

2025 Robert Moore (Upward Stars): Moore was simply off the charts, and I hope this was a wake-up call for schools to pay attention his way more. The 6’7 prospect was lighting it up from all over the court, especially early on showing his range from behind the arc. Shot the ball really well, fluid release, had a ton of confidence, and was also a versatile scorer off the catch or off the bounce. Had it going to start his day.

2025 Mason Zepp (ACE SD): Zepp came up huge for his team, really stepping up and being an offensive weapon, making smart decisions, and playing within the offense. He was terrific though from outside, knocking down big three after big three to really bring a balanced attack for his team in a big win today. Credit also to 2025 Brady Dunn and 2025 Caleb Milligan as well.
