2024 Jerquarius Stanback (Midstate Magic): Stanback continues to be a prospect on the rise over the last few months. The 6’6 forward shows a strong skill set, is fluid and active on both ends, displays a developing feel in scoring around the basket as well as stepping out at times, and also brings a good presence on the defensive end. Stanback is just scratching the surface of what he could be, as there is plenty of upside to his game.

2024 Gray Madeira (Mint Hill Lakers): Madeira is a new name that has popped up this summer, he is one that should start getting on radars for college coaches. Why' He has really shown the ability to be a consistent knockdown shooter from all levels. Whether he is able to score off one-dribble pull-ups or showcase his range behind the arc, Madeira has been one of the better shooters we have seen to start the summer.

2023 Tajmari Joyner (NC Invasion): Joyner was one of the consistent scorers throughout the event and for his team. He was able to fill it up, as the 6’2 guard finished above the rim, plays with a ton of energy, attacked the defense but also knocked down shots from outside. Consistently was able to get to the line. Had a very good high school season and continued that to start the summer. An unsigned senior to watch for.

2024 J3 Swindell (NC Rise Hudnall): Swindell had another strong showing in front of college coaches. He consistently produced, as the sturdy strong-bodied prospect was able to be a versatile piece on the court. Swindell has a well-rounded skill set that allows him to score out in transition, help on the glass, handle and create, and make good passes to his teammates. Swindell consistently got it done all throughout the event.

2024 Camden Edmonds (NC Spartans Liles): Edmonds continues to be a hot name coming into the event and he walked away with the buzz surrounding him. He finished the event averaging 27 points per game, filling it up everywhere you look, scoring from outside, and using his length to score all around. He plays with so much energy, is relentless with his attack, and can be shifty while also getting to the rim. He should be one that has college coaches talking more.

2024 Taky Prosper (NC Spartans Lindell): Prosper is a forward that continues to intrigue me and I believe he is a bit underrated here in NC. He is a 6’7, strong and physical prospect that isn’t flashy but just brings production. And I believe there is more to his game as he continues to develop. Physical presence around the basket, strong finisher, and is all over the boards. But also gave us a glimpse of his ability to step out at times.

2024 Makel Smith (PSB Elite Kisonas): It has been fun to watch the guard in action over the last few weeks, and he should have captured more eyes his way this past weekend. Smith simply knows how to fill it up and has done so every time he is on the court. He is strong in getting downhill, embraces contact, and can finish as well as get to the line, but he also can knock down shots from outside, create for others, and really shows how shifty he can be with the ball in his hands.
