2025 6’1 Iz Gill (Clutch Hartsfield)
Gill is the biggest guy on the court and he plays like it too. Gill has footwork well beyond his age in the post and can really run the floor. He got a lot of his points today by out hustling guys and being the big that runs the court in transition. He impressed me with his ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. He’s one of those players that you can just tell has through the roof potential.
2026 5’7 Dionte Neal (CSB Elite)
Neal is a smooth and crafty point guard. He can get to the rim and score, or shoot and make the long ball. He was shooting it with confidence and controlling the pace throughout the whole game. He’s a gritty guy too. He was diving after loose balls and had active hands and quick feet on defense. He was picking guys up and full court and making it really hard for them to bring the ball up.
2025 6’8 Bobby Cannon Jr. (Carolina Zoom)
The big guy was getting it done today. Of course his rebounding ability is impressive, but the most impressive piece to me is his ability to time his jump for contesting and blocking shots. He was a wall at the rim and made it difficult throughout the entire game for the offense to score over him. He surprised me when he came out knocking shots down from beyond the arc as he finished the game with back to back threes. He’s a really versatile player and he put it all out there for us to see today.
