6'5 '24 Austin Swartz (Cannon)

There were numerous impressive contributors for the Cougars in this contest, but Swartz stood out through his leadership and dominant offensive showing. Referring to him as anything other than an elite shot-creator with an incredible blend of vision, craftiness, and perimeter shooting would be unfair. Swartz still applied his usual amount of pressure off the bounce and hit an array of highly difficult jumpers, but also communicated, led by example, and looked to set up others whenever possible. He's definitely solidified himself as one of the most exciting, entertaining players in the state.

6'10 '23 Efe Sekeroglu (Virginia Episcopal)

Despite some struggles as a team, it was easy to appreciate everything Sekeroglu brough to the table. He might not appear like someone who can physically overwhelm opponents, yet is definitely capable of doing so. Not only was he their most efficient offensive option, but he consistently controlled the glass on both ends of the floor. Sekeroglu possesses soft touch and solid athleticism around the basket, and finishes extremely well going over his left shoulder. He should be an enticing prospect for a variety of college coaches.

5'10 '23 Jordan Marsh (Moravian Prep)

Although it was a team effort with various standouts, it would be difficult to ignore everything Marsh showcased. He's a strong, athletic, polished lead guard with the ability to get downhill with ease and apply nonstop pressure at the rim. Marsh is quick and crafty enough to breakdown opponents with incredible ease, touch the paint, and make proper decisions with the ball in his hands. As effortlessly as he attacked the basket, Marsh also knocked down a flurry of perimeter jumpers and forced opponents to respect his spot-up presence. His recruitment should start picking up from scholarship-level programs.

6'2 '26 Yohance Connor (1 of 1 Academy)

There are so many enticing young pieces within this 1 of 1 Academy roster, but Connor clearly asserts himself as a leader with this group'both through his production and by example. He's extremely tough and active with the ability to naturally affect all facets of the game. Connor handles the ball well, sets up teammates at a nice volume, and applies constant pressure as a penetrator. He's an incredible defender with sharp instincts and the ability to rebound very well, especially for his size. Connor contributes to winning on both ends of the floor.

6'2 '23 Dallas Gardner (Charlotte Country Day)

It takes about five seconds of game play to recognize Gardner as the undisputed two-way leader of this group. He's smart, tough, and sets the tone by example on both ends of the floor. Gardner is great at getting downhill and attacking, but also showed the ability to knock down jumpers at a solid percentage. He overwhelms opponents with his defensive presence, both as an on-ball defender and shot-blocker, and rebounds very well for his size/position. This team is considerably better when he's on the floor.

6'9 '24 Isaiah Sutherland (United Faith)

Although he had some ups and downs throughout the course of this contest, it's clear that Sutherland possesses a ton of talent. He's long, athletic, and still only beginning to scratch the surface of his long-term abilities. Sutherland is a capable finisher, both above and below the rim, and can effectively score out of the post. He utilizes his length well to block shots and rebound the ball on both ends of the floor. Sutherland can also space the floor as needed, but is still at his best when stationed around the basket.
