WCBA Blue (NC) 17s

6'3' 2019 Jett Fortuny

Fortuny just went about his business, which is going out and putting up numbers. He can flat our score the ball at a high rate. He is a dead-eye jump shooter with deep range and able to get it off quickly. What's more, Fortuny is able to create his own offense, off the bounce. He gets to his spots and finishes with an array of finishes around the basket and in the mid-range.

Other Standouts:
6'5' 2019 Elijah Shabazz
He is an incredibly productive player. He rebounds the ball well, is able to push the break and initiate offense and he finishes everything 15 feet and in.

Tennessee Bobcats (TN) 17s

6'6' 2022 Braden Ilic

Yes, you read that right, Ilic is an 8th grader playing up on 17u and starting and playing most minutes. He has an interesting skill set morphing between a wing and a skilled four man. He shoots the ball well with his feet set and moves great off the ball, especially in the mid-range. He has incredible upside and is a player who will at least end up as a mid major, possibly higher.

New Light Disciples (NC) 17s

6'5' 2019 Jayden Turner

What a show Turner put on. He finished with a tournament high 43 points in this one. He did it at every level, in every way possible. The long and explosive lefty knocked down 3 threes in this one. He attacked the basket with a purpose in transition and he attacked the offensive glass with vigor. He is a scholarship level guy and one that schools should take a serious look at.

Twin City Kings (NC) 17s

6'3' 2020 Keishaun Porter

Porter has really come on strong since April and provided us eye opening performance after eye opening performance. He walks onto the court with long arms and great athleticism. In this one he shot the ball well, from beyond the arc. He is able to defend multiple positions and has great timing on that end. Possibly his most under valued trait is his vision, and ability to create. Several D1s watched today and took note, more should do the same.

Other Standouts:
6'9' 2020 Khyre Cayne

Incredible length with the ability to block everything. He still slender, and raw, but he has unparalleled length and knocked down a couple of 18 foot jump shots.

Columbia Hoyas (SC) 17s

6'7' 2019 Marlow Gilmore

Gilmore is an incredibly explosive, high wire act. He is able to score everything 18 feet and in with length, quick twitch and touch. Naturally we love what he does on defense and feel that he has Defensive Player of the Year potential at whichever Division 1 program he ends up at. Until then, South Carolina State and Lincoln Memorial are his early offers, more should be coming.
