Western Alamance
Coach Michael Graves
Last year, Western Alamance finished slightly below .500 with a 11-12 overall record and a 7-9 Mid State 3A conference record. Coach Michael Graves has senior Tre Harvey to lead the charge for Western Alamance this upcoming season. Harvey has improved immensely over the summer and is definitely one to watch. Coach Graves will rely heavily upon his senior players and this season should see a turnaround in terms of wins and losses.

6’4 ’18 Tre Harvey
We’ve had a good opportunity to watch 6’4 southpaw wing Tre Harvey play numerous times this past summer with the Carolina Knights 17U travel basketball team. We’re talking about a lengthy and versatile wing with a diversified skill set. Tre has a smooth/fluid perimeter game and can shoot the ball with high efficiency. Coach Graves stated, “Tre can shoot with range and can finish at all three levels. He is also drawing mid major D1 interest.” In addition, Tre is a strong defender and uses his length quite nicely especially by getting into the passing lanes for defections and steals.
6’3 ’19 Jadyn Neal
Jadyn has gained a lofty reputation for his hustle and workmanlike approach to the game, not to mention his intensity displayed on the defensive side of the ball. Coach Graves stated, “Jadyn is a lefty that can stroke the 3-point shot. He has outstanding range to go along with a high basketball IQ.” In addition, Jadyn athleticism is equally matched with his fundamentally sound approach to the game.
6’4 ’18 Al Dean
Al is a physically strong power forward that gets the job done on both ends of the court. Coach Graves stated, “Al has great interior footwork and dominates on the defensive board.” In addition to his ability to overpower in the paint, Al has the ability to step out and consistently knock down the midrange jumper.
Best of the Rest
