Player: Manny Ojo
School: Virginia Post Grad Academy
Class: 2022

Ojo was one of many players that played well down in Rock Hill at the Phenom PG Nationals.' Being a spotlight for his Virginia Post Grad Academy team, the guard was a true leader on the court.' Ojo has experience on the court, as he was a four-year starter at Osbourn high school in Manassas, VA, and has been a key piece at Virginia PG this year.

When watching Ojo operate on the court, he was incredibly scrappy and used his quickness to his advantage, really being a pest on the defensive end but also showing off his handles and how he could help run the show.' Ojo showed that he really can make an impact all over the court, especially with his ability to get into the paint, find his teammates well, showcase his speed in the open floor and to get by defenders, and just how tough he is on the defensive end.' Furthermore, when you watch his highlights, you have to be impressed with his vision in finding his teammates for easy baskets.

We also spoke about Ojo more with their coach, he said this about his game.

'Floor general, shooter, facilitator, and defender. His size has never been a negative.  High IQ, high character.'

Ojo is one that can help a team win games and that you simply just want on the court, as he is going to make plays and play positive minutes for his team.' Check out all his highlights from a terrific weekend at the Phenom PG Nationals.
