Coker secures commitment from 2021 Glenn Bynum Jr.

This is a program that made Bynum a big priority for their 2021 class, consistently coming to his games and staying in contact with him. So, shortly after securing a win at the Phenom MLK Showcase, Bynum announced that he would be committing to Coker.  He certainly provides a nice fit on the court, giving his future program options of how to use him on both sides of the floor and one that can play many roles.

Appalachian State joins in on 2022 Kheni Briggs and Elijah Gray

Two of the more talented prospects in North Carolina have caught the eyes of the coaching staff at Appalachian State, as the Mountaineers offered 2022 Kheni Briggs and Elijah Gray in the last week or so.

2021 Quenton Flood commits to Austin Peay

Flood is one that we are quite familiar with when he played in South Carolina. He recently announced that he would be heading to Sunrise Christian, one of the top teams in the country. Flood held multiple offers but it ultimately was Austin Peay who won the race. He was a participant in Phenom Hoops SC Top 80, where we had this to say about him:

'He's a big, strong, physical two-way wing prospect with feel, athleticism, and a phenomenal two-way motor. Flood is a respectable perimeter shooter but is certainly at his best when getting into the paint and finishing strong around the basket. He's versatile on both ends of the floor but especially on defense, where he's able to truly shut down three to four positions at the high school level. Flood rebounds at an elite level for his size/position and knows how to annihilate the opposition in transition, both with and without the ball in his hands. He's a great off-ball cutter with quickness, quality footwork, and the ability to make crafty passes to open teammates.'

Jordan Crawford earns first two Division I offers

It was an exciting weekend for the North Meck guard, as he was able to secure his first two offers from UNCW and Hofstra.  The 2022 prospect had a terrific summer and was MVP of the HoopState League and is now continuing his stellar play to start the season, as North Meck looks for another state championship.

2021 Luc Therrien adds an offer from Southern University

One of the more underrated bigs in the state of North Carolina, Bull City's Luc Therrien has seen his recruitment change since the start of the year.  Watching his game develop over the last few months has been impressive, and it seemed to catch the eyes of Southern University. He now holds two from Southern and Hampton.

North Carolina A&T offers 2023 Trey Green

One could say that 2023 Trey Green had the biggest summers with his play and he has only continued to play at a high level at Lake Norman Christian. Green, one of the top guards in the state of North Carolina, added another offer. North Carolina A&T certainly has its eyes on in-state talent and offered Green over the weekend.
