Phenom Hoops was back in Rock Hill (SC) once again for the Phenom Post Grad/ Prep Nationals, as we were looking to crown a few champions along the way.

It was the final battle of the event, as TSF and Speights Academy went to battle for the ultimate prize. Both have already walked away with a championship before at the PG Nationals, and they were looking for yet another. Speights came out strong in the first half led by Andre Wright, Jalen Wenger, and Jah'Kim Payne, as they led the way to a 39-29 halftime lead. But the second, the script flipped for TSF, as Lidon Pate continued to play at a high level but others like Destin Logan and others turned what was a double-digit lead into an absolute battle. It came down to the end, as it was TSF National that hit the game-winner at the buzzer and was able to pull out the victory, celebrate at center court, and walk away with yet another Phenom PG Nationals championship.

Final: TSF National 64 – Speights Academy 61

TSF:
Lidon Pate 22, Destin Logan 11, KJ Vasser 11
Speights:
Andre Wright 14, Jalen Wenger 12, Jah'Kim Payne 11
