Heading out for an early morning practice, Phenom Hoop Report hit the gym once again in Charlotte, traveling to Victory Christian to get a glimpse of what head coach Marcus Dilligard was working with this year for the Kings.

It seems that they will have a nice blend of athleticism, size, and experience this year, as they look to improve from their 18-12 record last year. Check out the roster this year for Victory Christian.

2021 6’10 Zachary Stone

Stone is a new name in the state of North Carolina and one to keep an eye on. He has great size and is a comfortable shooter, even as far as the 3-point line. He has solid footwork and is agile on the floor but he still has room to improve his strength and speed. Stone, who comes from Canada, is one that college coaches should take interest and keep an eye on this year.

2021 Anthony Smith

Smith has quick reflexes and excels in getting to the rim, as well as pushing the ball. Throughout the open gym practice, he displayed craftiness around the rim and can be one of the true ball handlers for this team, as well as being a scoring threat.

2021 6’4 Randl Aguilar

Aguilar is a big, strong, physical prospect that possesses a good mid-range shot. With his frame, he can easily take contact from opponents and finish through, even showcasing a little bounce to his game. He can play multiple positions but excels attacking the basket and inside the arc.

2020 Seth Smith

Some players have that sneaky athleticism and Seth was one of them. He plays with a high IQ on the floor, is tough, and an underrated passer as well. With his bounce, he can certainly defend multiple positions on the floor.

2020 Malik Coates

Smaller guard on the floor but a decent ball-handler and should be able to provide depth at the point guard position.

2021 Demar Anderson

A transfer from North Meck, Anderson already holds several offers from Division I schools. Still working on getting back to 100% on the floor after his knee surgery, Anderson will certainly be one to watch as the strong guard can do it all and fill up the box score in a hurry.

2020 Caleb Coleman

Coach likes what Caleb brings to the floor, as he is a do-it-all type guard; a player that is the glue to this team and brings a smooth looking mid-range jumper to the court.

Also, keep an eye on 2020 Marco Krebs (senior, a shooter from Brazil), 2021 Tyreke Thompson (athletic wing), 2021 Juan Pablo Belalcazar, and 2021 Johansen Rossi as they should provide depth for this team.
