The games continued here on Saturday afternoon, as we moved on to the next matchup between Christ School and The Burlington School.' Two teams with talent on their roster, both came out strong early on.' Christ School held the lead for much of the first quarter, led by Johno Pierce and company but The Burlington School made a late run to hold a 14-12 lead at the end of the first.' Second quarter though, The Burlington School started to put pressure on Christ School and their offense started clicking.' Attacking the defense as well as a few outside shots from three, TBS was able to quickly expand their lead to double-digits before halftime, leading 39-26.

The Burlington School continued to pour it on in the third quarter, eventually eclipsing the 20-point mark.  Overall, it was just a balanced attack from TBS, something they have shown on several occasions.  You add that to their defensive mentality, that is what makes this team so strong.  They were able to maintain that lead throughout the third and fourth quarter, despite Christ School knocking down shots from three late. 

In the end, it was just too much for The Burlington School, as they remain undefeated on the season with a 75-50 win.
