First Half
It was all First Baptist in the first half in this one, as they got out to a double-digit lead and were looking strong offensively. Woodville-Tompkins struggled to find much in the first half, finding themselves down 28-16 at halftime. Sincere Brown led the way for First Baptist with six first-half points but it was a balanced effort.
Second Half
In the second half, it was the grit and grind of Woodville Tompkins that helped them climb back into this one. Slowly but surely, they were able to cut away at the lead by grinding away on the defensive end and simply making plays when it counted. First Baptist couldn't find the same amount of success as they did in the first half, which allowed Woodville to eventually take the lead in the final seconds. First Baptist did have one last chance but the shot didn't fall and Woodville secured the comeback-victory at the Phenom Low Country Showcase.
