The final game was upon us at the Phenom Lakesgiving, as Lake Norman and Central Cabarrus went to battle to end a great overall event.  Both teams looked to get up and down, as it looked like it was going to be an offensive show early on. Lake Norman was able to make some plays early on and find success scoring the ball, but they still had to handle the pressure from Central Cabarrus.  It was a tight one after the first quarter, with Lake Norman leading 23-22. But that is when the tables started to turn with Central Cabarrus creating turnovers which led to points, while the three ball started to fall. It quickly changed, with Central Cabarrus taking control by halftime 54-29.

That lead only increased in the second half, as the offense was clicking all over the place and shots were falling all over.  The lead continued to balloon, and Central Cabarrus eventually hit the 100-mark late in the fourth quarter, as it was a relentless attack from them. In the end, Central Cabarrus won 104-72.
