Fluid feel, runs the floor well, moves well without the ball, excels in stepping out from mid-range and three, but also can attack the rim and finish strong.

2024 Isaiah Sutherland (UFCA): It was a balanced attack overall for this team, but I liked what I saw from Sutherland. I believe he could be a great steal for a program, as he is embracing well being a force around the basket, continuing to flourish as an athletic forward, and bringing a nice presence on both sides of the ball. He continues to show that he is an elite shot-maker here in North Carolina, hitting 7 3-pointers for his team with a ton of confidence and range, but also created his own shot inside extremely well. High IQ creator and scorer.

2026 Cameron Newman (Gaston): Newman flourishes once again on the big stage, as the young point guard knows how to perform in the bright lights. So smooth with tremendous pace, confident from the perimeter, strong creator that doesn’t force, and scrappy in rebounding and also dishing well to teammates.

Whether it is operating and knocking down shots from outside, finishing over defenders in the paint, or running the floor on offense or defense to make plays, Cannon has been making plays all over the court and did so on Day 2.

2024 Zion Walker (TBS): The proven leader once again, TBS was looking to give him the ball and allow Walker to simply make plays; that he did.
