What Was Recently Said (6/23/22): Additionally, Gavin Bullock operates as the main glue-guy for this group. He’s a very well-rounded wing/forward prospect who offers excellent versatility on both ends of the floor. Bullock plays way bigger than his listed height as an interior cog, both as a defender and rebounder, and legitimately outplays bigger opponents on a regular basis. His junior-season averages speak for themselves. However, he also displays a nice perimeter skillset and can comfortably pass, shoot, and handle the ball. Bullock is quietly a massive x-factor for this group, and should be able to find opportunities at the next level.

(8/4/22) Definitely one of the more confusing recruiting situations in North Carolina’s Class of 2023, Bullock is someone who has continually produced and outperformed others in every possible setting—yet has no offers. It’s actually perplexing. Sure, Bullock has somewhat of a unique game, but his adaptability and constant production should speak volumes. His uncommon identity should actually make him more appealing, given his ability to defend three or four positions while operating as a well-rounded perimeter player on offense. Bullock is a natural glue-guy who can comfortably do a quality amount of everything on the court. He will be a difference-maker at the next level.

What To Expect:

It’s difficult to say anything other than positives about Gavin Bullock and everything he’s shown over the last calendar year. He’s a versatile, well-rounded wing/forward prospect who defends multiple positions, rebounds like a big man, and possesses the skill of a perimeter player. Bullock plays hard and displays an incredibly unselfish, adaptable game on both ends of the floor. He consistently takes a lesser role for the betterment of the team, but can reliably expand his production whenever necessary. Bullock naturally does a little bit of everything on the court, but doesn’t really require the ball in order to make a lasting impact. He’s an extremely team-oriented player who knows how to fill in the gaps and consistently position himself for success. Bullock battles for extra possessions, does the dirty work, and always looks to make the right play. He’s simply a winner and someone who could be a major difference-maker for various programs at the next level.
