Just because the LIVE period is over in April, doesn't mean that Phenom Hoops is stopping their coverage, as we are bringing you a ton of post-event coverage as well throughout the coming weeks.  Let's dive into a few players and teams that we saw at the event, as we shed light on players that performed well throughout.

Team Trezz

Team Trezz 2025

2025 6'3 Jiyoun Williams ' The 6'3 prospect is coming off an impressive high school season in which he averaged 16.5ppg, 4.0rpg, 3.0apg, and 2.5spg.' And he continued to flourish as a leader for Team Trezz throughout the event.' Good frame, is strong, can knock down shots from a variety of levels, plays hard on both ends, and does a nice job in being assertive and finishing well.' Williams had a really good showing throughout the event and should be a name to watch out for more.

2025 6'4 Javon Williams ' Another player to start keeping an eye out is Javon Williams, as he continued to play strong for his team. He was able to attack and push out in transition, created well with the ball in his hands, attacked the defense and got to the line at times, and was really able to be a strong presence in getting paint touches.

2025 6'4 Jaylen Hewitt ' Hewitt was another force on the team, and he had a pretty consistent showing throughout the event. An effective offensive piece on the court, was able to step out and knock down shots from inside and outside the arc, was able to make strong moves to create for himself and help get to the line from time to time. The dual-sport athlete can get it done on both the court and the field.

Team Trezz 2026

One of the more consistent players for this team was 2026 Malcolm McNeil from NC GBB.' The guard was really able to showcase his ability to get to his spots and finish. Time after time, he attacked downhill and was able to get inside the defense, score nicely over defenders, or get to the free throw line; he really put the pressure on the defense with his ability to create off the dribble. 2026 Andrew Lucas was another player that I would continue to watch out for. You have to like his 6'4 frame already as a young player, but he was able to be more of a weapon along the outside in knocking down shots with his jumper, as well as making plays to get to the rim.

Team Trezz Edwards 2024

2024 Jordan Vick ' The ECU commit was back on the floor with Phenom Hoops, and he continued to show that he is one of the clear leaders for the team. Defenses have to plan and look to stop him, as the 6'0 guard did a nice job in being that scoring option he has shown countless times but also not forcing and getting others involved.

2024 David Ellis ' Ellis may have not had the wow moments at the event, but when you watch his game whether in high school or travel ball, you can't deny what he brings to the table. He can be a physically demanding player to go up against, one that battles down low, competes and plays hard, attacks the glass, and finishes strong at the rim.

2024 CJ Alston ' The 6'1 prospect was labeled as a gamer by our scouts.  He was able to be that tough guard that can make his impact felt with or without the ball.  He is a quality defender, finishes through contact, and brings that toughness that you just have to like in a player.

2024 Tyler Barnes ' Barnes is one that consistently stands out with his play each time we see him.  He has the athleticism that you like, can knock down shots with his jumper, display tremendous quickness in his game, and can get to the rim when available.  He simply remains active in a variety of ways and continues to show flashes of his overall feel.

2024 Nik Edwards ' Yet another player to start watching with this team.  If you haven't already, Edwards is one that I would jot down for sure. He is a 6'2 guard that has bounce to his game, can get to the rim, but also is such an effective weapon from all levels on the court.  Smooth, confident release, impacts the game in other ways, and plays very hard on both ends.
