Just because the LIVE period is over in April, doesn't mean that Phenom Hoops is stopping their coverage, as we are bringing you a ton of post-event coverage as well throughout the coming weeks.  Let's dive into a few players and teams that we saw at the event, as we shed light on players that performed well throughout.

NC Rise Hudnall

This is a team that has performed event after event this year, and we continue to say that there is talent that can be found and should be recognized.  So, let's dive into them a bit more.

2023 Jaydin Spillman-Martin – The unsigned senior forward can be a tough matchup on the floor and he has continued to improve year after year with his game. He has a 6'10 frame that you love to see, but his ability to move and operate in so many ways/positions on the floor is what grabs your attention. He handles the ball really well for his size, creates and gets to his spots well, and can be strong in the post and on the glass, but is very comfortable in stepping out and making plays off the dribble or knocking down shots. Spillman-Martin can be a tough matchup for any team, and the unsigned senior is still one to look at.

2024 J3 Swindell – From when we first watched him when he was young to where he is today, one thing that you can say about Swindell's game is that he brings production to the table.  He consistently makes himself a scoring impact on the floor, but he has really evolved his overall feel.  Swindell continues to show his strong frame in getting downhill and at the basket, finishing strong (something he has done a lot over his career). But he has really improved with his shot-making ability from all levels, making him an even more effective weapon.

2023 Micah Hudnall – Hudnall is a high IQ type guard that can make his impact felt in a variety of ways. The 6'0 guard from Calvary is one that can not only be a scoring option from a variety of levels, but he also helps run the show, competes on the boards, and really sees the floor well.  Whether he is scoring, dishing, or doing the dirty work, Hudnall just helps his team in so many ways.
