Standouts:

Myers Park

2023 6'6 Elijah Strong: Only a freshman, this young man is one to really keep a tab on down the road in North Carolina. He has a tremendous frame and only getting stronger. His offensive development continues to grow as he has a nice balance from the perimeter and around the rim. He can play multiple positions on the floor offensively and excelled in pick and roll situations, sealing off defenders, and being active around the rim. Stats: 7 points

2020 6'5 Tyrese Gwinn: The 6'5 senior has a strong showing in the win, making an impact on both ends of the floor. When you watch Wynn, you immediately notice his athleticism and he uses that to rebound, creates deflections, and alter shots in the paint. He also capitalized on opportunities offensively down low. Liked his hustle/energy but has to like his bounce on the floor. Stats: 10 points

2021 6'0 Xavier McKelvy: The top scorer for this team, he started to out slow but found his groove in the second half. He plays with an old-school feel, with a long crossover, smooth handles, and long strides. McKelvy is at his best getting downhill but also displayed a perimeter game, as well as being able to initiate the offense. Stats: 18 points

Northwest Cabarrus

2021 6'3 Jahbori Raines: For a team that doesn't have much size, he works well stepping in and out and putting the ball on the deck to finish around the rim.  He also is incredibly active around the paint and rim, something he has been doing early on to start the season.  Stats: 10 points
