East Lincoln led 54-30 at halftime and poured it on in the 2nd and win the game by a score of 86-54 over the Vikings in the non-conference game played Thursday night in Denver.

The Mustangs had four players in double figures led by sophomore, Evan Montanari, who had 20 points, senior, Myles Adams, added 19 points, senior, Justin Kuthan, had 14 points and 9 rebounds, and sophomore, Jeremiah Jones, added a double-double with 11 points and 11 assists.

The Vikings had three players in double figures, led by senior, Hunter Barnette, who had 20 points, while senior, Chase Labelle, added 10 points, and sophomore, Justin Alquiza, also added 10 points.

The Mustangs will be at home against the Bandys Trojans on Friday night, while the Vikings will be playing at Statesville on January 14.

Of note: The Mustangs set a school record by knocking down 15 3-point shots tonight.  The previous record was 14 set by the 1990-91 and the 2017-2018 teams.  East Lincoln is currently on a 3-game winning streak.
