Coach Frank says: Justin is an exceptional athlete with a great deal of quickness, length, and versatility, gifted with tremendous coordination and fluidity. He plays above the rim, has great body control and very good bounce boasting a 35' vertical to go along with his 6'6 frame and 6'10 wingspan. He can score in a variety of ways and from different spots on the floor but doesn't settle for the three-pointer too frequently preferring to take advantage of a solid handle and his long, decisive strides to beat defenders and get to the rim. Can eat up a lot of real estate with few dribbles and has a quick first step which allows him to beat many defenders. He is a matchup nightmare given his ability to create off the bounce and his length and scoring potential in the paint. Justin has very good slashing ability and an extra gear he seems to effortlessly shift to when turning the corner or attacking space. Excels driving to the rim where he finishes aggressively and at a high rate with power or finesse. He can finish above the rim or in traffic and his physical attributes allow him to finish from different angles around the rim. He has the agility to attack closeouts in space. He has very good touch around the rim, elevates quickly and is a very active rebounder on both ends of the floor, has a great motor and pounds the glass relentlessly. He has scored and rebounded in double figures in 9 of his teams twelve games this season! He has a nose for the basketball, reads the ball coming off the rim and beats opponents to get rebounding position. Justin is a 48% shooter from the floor through 12 games and has a good rhythm on his catch and release. He can knock down the jumper with good consistency or use a dribble move to set up his defender and hit the pull up jumper. His vision, passing and ability to facilitate out of the post makes him an effective inside/outside threat. Justin defends multiple positions employing his length, a great motor and strength to handle bigger players around the rim and has very good footwork and quick feet which allows him to contain the dribble on the perimeter. He gets off the ground quickly and has excellent timing as a shot blocker as well. Justin has the tools to be player who can contribute right away on the next level!

Justin is a tough matchup for many opponents. He can shoot the three and his jumper from the high post is very consistent. Has really improved his ability to take his man off the dribble. – Coach Toby Campbell, Head Coach, The Carmel School.
