The Phenom Grassroots TOC is this weekend in Rock Hill/Fort Mill, as it is the first LIVE Period with Phenom Hoops this season. The talent pool runs deep throughout and we want to give college coaches a leg up on who to watch and who will be in action. Here are a few players to check out for each team, presented by the head coach.

Team HOPE 2024

Cinjun Bridges #5

' Point Guard (6'2)
Cinjun is a floor general that controls the tempo of the game with his decision-making. He is always looking to set-up his teammates first and score second. Cinjun handles the ball well under-pressure and disrupts passing lanes on the defensive side of the ball. He averaged 10.6ppg, 3 assists, and 3 rebs. this past season at Marvin Ridge.

Maddox Watson #1
' Class of 2024 (Southlake Christian)
' Wing/Forward (6'3)
Maddox is a high IQ player that can score at all 3 levels at an efficient rate. He shot 41% from three this past season and averaged 11ppg and 6 rebs. at SouthLake Christian. Maddox has a high motor and brings a toughness that few can match on the defensive side of the ball.

Gray Madeira #4

Adam Spaugh #24
' Class of 2024 (West Cabarrus)

Alec Trosch #8
' Class of 2024 (East Meck)
' Wing (6'3)
Alec is the ultimate competitor. He is undersized at the position he must play for this team but has a junkyard dog mentality when it comes to rebounding, grabbing loose balls, and defending. Alec uses his quickness and footwork to his advantage against bigger players.

Brock Mumpower #0
' Class of 2024 (Sun Valley)
' Wing (6'2)
Brock is a versatile player for this team. He is a glue guy that does it all from being able to score at all 3 levels, being a solid defender in the post and around the perimeter and makes winning basketball plays. Brock is sneaky athletic and will finish at the rim when given the opportunity.

Hampton Scruggs #3
' Class of 2024 (Piedmont)
' Shooting Guard (6'0)
Hampton is a sharpshooter from three and has a knack of slashing to the basket and finishing through contact. He is a high IQ player who is always in the right position defensively and stays spaced on offense.

Connor Johnson #25
' Class of 2024 (Indian Land)
' Combo Guard (6'1)
Connor is a crafty playmaker who can create for not only himself but for others. He has a high defensive impact and crashes the boards hard. He likes to get downhill and then finish strong over defenders at the rim.

Seton Garcia #2
' Class of 2024 (Charlotte Catholic)
' Point Guard (5'9)
Seton is a marksman from deep but is also able to create a shot for his team by putting the ball on the floor. Seton runs the floor and is always looking to make the right basketball play.

' Forward/Wing (6'2)
Nio is a rim protector. He uses his body well down low in the paint and can finish at the rim through contact. Nio has the ability to stretch defenses by knocking down outside shots.
