The Phenom Grassroots TOC is this weekend in Rock Hill/Fort Mill, as it is the first LIVE Period with Phenom Hoops this season. The talent pool runs deep throughout and we want to give college coaches a leg up on who to watch and who will be in action. Here are a few players to check out for each team, presented by the head coach.
Hoop Dreams Training Academy
Player: Chase Owens
Position: Guard
Class:2024
Player review: Chase Owens is one of the best 10th-grade guards in the area. Can play both guard positions and score at all 3 levels. Loves creating for his teammates and is elite on the defense.
Player: Jaylon Hoover
Position: SG
Class:2024
Player Review: Jaylon has one of the best strokes in the area. Shoots the 3 at a very high percentage and has a very nice mid-range game as well.
Player: Cameron Gales
Position: PG/SG

Player review: Cameron is a very young 10th grader with an elite shooting ability. He possesses an array of offensive moves and does not lack confidence.
Player: Graham Williams
Position: Forward
Class: 2024
Player review: Graham is a 6'7 forward who has an array of post moves and can step out and knock down shots from distance.
Player: Curtis Simpson
Position: Forward
Class: 2024
Player review: Curtis is a player who always seems to find the ball. He operates well in the paint and is an elite rebounder that plays with a high motor.
