The atmosphere continued from Game 2 into Game 3, as two of the top teams in all of North Carolina met to 'hash things out' on the court.  Moravian Prep vs. Combine Academy, it was the game to end the night and did it bring the energy.

Starting off the game, Combine Academy threw their first punch, bringing incredible energy on both sides of the ball and sharing the ball really well.  It allowed them to jump out to an early 12-3 lead but Moravian Prep came back strong, led by Josh Hall, Darrius Davis and Shakeel Moore.  Down early, they picked it up on the defensive end, creating turnovers and turning them into transition points. 

It was a tough first half for both teams foul wise but Moravian was able to take advantage from the line, going 14-for-22 (compared to 5-for-11 for Combine).  Darrius Davis had 11 first-half points, with Josh Hall chipping in 10.  Combine Academy was led by Jalen Hood-Schifino with 6 points, as the team shot 35 percent from the floor.

In the third quarter, NC State commit Josh Hall continued to steal the show, taking over offensively with his smooth perimeter game and finishing at the rim.  Moravian continued to extend their lead early and hold onto it heading into the fourth quarter. 

The trend continued throughout the fourth quarter, as Moravian continued to pour it on into a 28-point win.

Moravian Prep shot 54 percent from the floor and created 23 turnovers.  Combine shot 41 percent and created 19 turnovers in the game.  Moravian held an 18-point difference from the free throw line.
