Nothing like Championship Sunday, as teams looked to cap off a terrific weekend of basketball in Rock Hill with a little hardware from the Phenom G3 Showcase. Overall, the competition was fantastic and players came to compete, as we recap each championship showdown from the event.
PSB Bethel and Charlotte Aces matched up in the Arena court to settle who would be taking home the 17u Blue Division championship. Early on, PSB started to make their mark, jumping out to an early lead and getting it done on both ends of the floor. They were able to continue and expand their lead well into the second half, leading by 20+ points and really playing great, team basketball. Sam Turner led the charge in the first half for PSB, while Derek Bradley and others got in on the action in the second half. Amir Davenport led the way for Charlotte Aces.
