What an exciting day of basketball games. From the first tip to the final buzzer there was lots of fun to be had. Although I saw many players today and a lot them did very did well. I've selected these guys as the Saturday Studs. So here they are in no particular order.

I know it's clich'. But this dynamic duo performed well together. 2028 # 19 Blake Deutschmark & 2028 Cooper Clark of WCBA Keating. Blake racked up 19 points but more than half of them were because of Cooper's gameplay. Cooper added 13 of his own points to bolster his effort. Saying they play together well is an understatement. Blake hit the boards. He hits Shots and he's willing to get out on the perimeter to operate. In a tight game, Cooper broke the game open with a go-ahead 3 from the left wing. Then moments later he sealed the victory for his team by knocking down two free throws. They're young but they're on their way. Take some good advice and keep your eye on these two.

2027 Bobby Montgomery of Carolina Premier piled up point after point, after point. To end the game with a game-high 31 points. Mr. Montgomery was aggressive, all game. He pushed the ball when necessary and pulled it back to set up the O when there wasn't anything there. He has top-end speed and uses it well. He made shots from multiple spots on the floor showing off his versatility. Bobby has a smooth release on his shot. He moves well without the ball and was able to penetrate almost at will during the game. Get to know this guy you'll be glad you did.

2027 Isaiah Scott-Palacios has a solid body with a lot of upper body strength. His basketball IQ is higher than a normal player his age. He used a wide array of moves to get past defenders and get to the rim. His confidence level is in outer space right now. Because when he was called on to score the game-winning basket in a tied game. During the whining moments of the game. He was cool as the other side of the pillow, and he delivered. Giving him a competitive edge among his peers. I've seen many players over the years of scouting. So, when I say Isaiah is a Stud, please believe it.
