Day 2 got underway with Phenom Hoops at the Phenom Anthony Morrow Shootout, as we started out day with United Faith taking on Charlotte Catholic.  A very interesting matchup between these two teams, and it started as a back-and-forth type of game.  Neither team was able to make an early breakaway, as the guard play led the way for United Faith and Patrick Tivnan led the charge for Charlotte Catholic.  After one half of basketball, it was United Faith that held the one-point lead.

United Faith picked it up in the start of the second half, as Isaiah Sutherland, Bruce Slay, and others started to get into the mix, and they were able to create a little bit of separation, but Charlotte Catholic was able to stay right there with a few answers themselves. It was a five-point point lead for much of the final minutes with teams trading baskets, but ultimately United Faith was able to seal the deal with a late basket, securing a hard-fought
