Game 1 of Day 3 at the Phenom Anthony Morrow Shootout, as we had a treat to start the day as Charlotte Latin Girls welcomed in Olympic to start the day. Both teams looked to get off to a strong start, as Latin was able to take the narrow lead early after the first quarter and maintain that cushion until halftime. Latin really shared the ball well around the court and scored from multiple levels on the floor, as they were able to go into halftime with a double-digit lead.
Charlotte Latin continues to share the ball extremely well and get everyone involved, using a balanced attack to increase their lead more in the second half. Scoring inside and out, Latin was able to build their lead enough to ultimately cruise to a 46-26 victory. Barri Terry led the way for Olympic.
