#1: 6'0 '23 Markeevis Latta (Oxford)

Starting things off, we look at a player that easily stood out as one of the most dynamic floor generals on display, Markeevis Latta. He's a smart, sharp, quick point guard prospect with a nice blend of playmaking and three-level scoring. Latta is capable of breaking down his man, touching the paint, and making plays for himself and others with regularity. He's great in transition and makes unselfish decisions with the ball in his hands. Next in his development process is working on the use of his off-hand, as it would make him an even better finisher around the basket. Coach Senyo on Latta: 'Markeevis is a scoring point guard. He averaged 16 PPG in his last camp and didn't miss a beat today, scoring 20 in our first game and 17 in our second game. These scoring performances were accompanied by numerous assists.' Latta performed very well throughout his time at camp, securing the Mr. Playmaker award with relative ease, and should be poised for a productive upcoming season at JF Webb.

Ballou handles the ball well and is capable of creating his own shot or setting up others quite effortlessly. He plays with a calm demeanor and never looks rattled or out of his comfort zone. Ballou is also a useful defender, rebounder, and overall threat in transition. Next in his development process is working to get stronger, as it would make him an even better finisher through contact. Moving onto a player that showcased a pretty well-rounded skillset and approach, Jamison Graves. He's a tough, rugged guard prospect with a nice motor and overall feel for the game on both ends of the floor. Graves is very quick and utilizes his first step to effortlessly beat his man off the dribble and make plays for himself or others within the paint.''Next in his development process is working on the use of his off-hand, as it would make him a more lethal offensive threat.'Coach Senyo on Graves: 'Jamison is a gamer/competitor. He can drive-and-kick quite effectively and does a nice job of making the right pass. He showed the ability to defend the entire length of the court. Continuing onto a player that offers a lot of intrigue with his overall skillset and approach, Kayden Lennard. He's a long, wiry, team-first wing/forward prospect with a reliable spot-up presence and the ability to operate with or without the ball in his hands. Lennard is a great defender with the combination of length, quickness, and anticipation to overwhelm opponents. He moves well without the ball and is capable of scoring quite regularly in transition. Next in his development process is working to get stronger, as it would make him a more physically imposing player on both ends of the floor. Coach Senyo on Lennard: 'Kayden plays hard and possesses sneaky-athleticism, showing the ability to rise up and finish above the rim various times. He can operate effectively within catch-and-shoot situations along the perimeter while defending the best opposing guard/wing.' Lennard enjoyed another productive showing at camp and should be able to emerge as a strong contributor during the upcoming season for Berry.

#7: 6'3 '22 Jake Schneider (Oak Ridge)

Next, we look at a player that arguably stood out as the best shooting threat on this team, Jake Schneider. He's a wiry, unselfish wing prospect with a high-motor and the ability to make a constant impact without the ball. Schneider is a solid shooter off the bounce, but really thrives within a spot-up role. He's very reliable from midrange or beyond the arc, and understands how to play within himself. Schneider gives great defensive effort and runs the floor hard in transition. Next in his development process is working on the use of his off-hand, as it would make him a better finisher around the basket. Coach Senyo on Schneider: 'Jake is a knockdown shooter. He is always shot-ready in catch-and-shoot situations. He shoots the ball like a college player already.' Schneider made his presence felt quite nicely at camp and could certainly carve out a useful role for Northwest Guilford during the upcoming season.

Moving onto a player that highlighted a pretty nice inside-out presence, particularly on offense, Christopher Jones. He's a big, strong, physical forward prospect with a sturdy build and the ability to overwhelm opponents around the basket. Jones is a quality finisher and rebounder with an understanding of how to make the proper pass out of the post. He's smart, finishes with either hand, and is capable of spacing the floor at an efficient rate. Jones also plays hard and operates within the team concept. Next in his development process is working on his ability to shoot off the dribble, as it would make him a more dynamic offensive threat. Coach Senyo on Jones: 'Chris is a big, strong, 6-foot-4 power forward with the ability to score with his back to the basket. He can also shoot the three-pointer at a nice percentage. Chris handles the ball well for a stretch forward.' Jones showcased a lot of ability during his time at camp and looks poised to enjoy a productive upcoming season for Henderson Collegiate.

Continuing onto a player that possesses a quality crossroads between productivity and long-term upside, Damarkus Tucker. He's a big, strong, physical forward prospect with a reliable interior presence on both ends of the floor. Tucker is tough and absorbs contact very well as a finisher, but can also knock down midrange jumpers at an efficient clip. He's an exceptional rebounder and runs the floor hard in transition, where he's able to consistently capitalize at the rim. Next in his development process is working on his consistency from beyond the arc, as it would make him a more lethal offensive threat. Coach Senyo on Tucker: 'Damarkus had the dunk of the day, finishing on a 6-foot-7 kid. He has a football-type frame, which allows him to overpower defenders on a regular basis. He is a very athletic power forward that blocks shots and passes well out of the post. He plays above the rim.' Tucker proved to be an asset throughout camp and should be a strong contributor for Riverside during the upcoming season.

#10: 6'6 '21 Julius Peacock (Raleigh)

Finishing up, we look at a player that simply overwhelmed the opposition with his defensive prowess, Julius Peacock. He's a long, athletic, hard-nosed forward prospect that provides reliable rim-protection and a nonstop motor on both ends of the floor. Peacock is a great finisher, both through contact and above the rim, but doesn't necessarily require the ball to make a lasting impact. He blocks a ton of shots, forces a lot of turnovers, and runs the floor like a gazelle in transition. Peacock embraces his role extremely well and is capable of dominating a game on the defensive end of the floor. Next in his development process is working on the use of his off-hand, as it would make him a better finisher below the rim. Coach Senyo on Peacock: 'Julius is a true rim-protector. He had four blocks in one showing and runs rim-to-rim in transition. He dunks and blocks shots, but can also knock down the 15-footer. He is a Deandre Jordan in the making with his size and long wing span. He rebounds and blocks shots at a high level. He will be a good CIAA/D2 basketball player one day.' Peacock enjoyed an excellent showing and should have a very productive upcoming senior season at Heritage.
