We continue to make it a priority to introduce our readers to players around the country, as this time we head down to Alabama to introduce 2024 5'11 Jamicah Adair from Carver-Montgomery High School.  Adair understands how to put up points as a young point guard, creating for himself well, which is why he is already getting looks.

We spoke with the young prospect who holds one offer already and is going to be a name to really watch in the state of Alabama down the road. '

Phenom: How would you best describe your game'
Adair: I'll say my game is related to Damian Lillard and Allen Iverson

Phenom: How do you like to operate on the court' Where do you thrive and what areas are you focusing on'
Adair: I thrive mostly everywhere on the court. Mainly working on finishing around the rim more and on the defensive part of the ball, as well as getting in the weight room more.

Phenom: How was it playing with All-Alabama overall' What has that program done for you so far'
Adair: Honestly, playing with them, it got my name known around Alabama.  One reason I am the number player in Alabama right now.

Phenom: How does it feel to have the ranking on you so early and being seen early on' How do you handle that target'
Adair: I really don't focus on it. I just go out there and play hard.  But it is good to have that by my name.

Phenom: What are your thoughts and focus this upcoming high school season for you personally and for your team'
Adair: This upcoming season, I want to win Gatorade Player of the Year in Alabama as a sophomore and win the state championship this year for my team.

Phenom: How do you think you can make a bigger impact for your team this season'
Adair: I think I am going to have a big impact for my team because I can score, play defense, rebound, bring energy, and be a leader.

Phenom: How's your recruitment been going for you' What's been the latest'
Adair: It has been ok. I previously heard from Tennessee Tech but that is about it.

Phenom: What did they have to say your way'
Adair: They called my coach and my coach had told me about it.

Phenom: You received your first offer not long ago, correct (Alabama State)' How was that and what were your first thoughts on the program and getting that offer'
Adair: Yes I did and I was really happy for getting an HBCU offer from the city I grew up in; it means a lot.
