The weekend was coming to an end and two of the top teams were looking to square off for a championship in the Gold Division, as Speights Academy and Believe Prep took the court.  Two very balanced teams went at it early but it was the play of 2022 David Dixon and company, scoring the ball effectively inside and out and really putting the pressure on the defense.  Their play allowed Speights to get a double-digit in the first half

Second half, Speights only continued to get going on both ends, really creating havoc, getting out in transition well, and showing a polished offensive game.  Dixon, Franklin, and others continued to share the ball well and it was just too much in the end. Believe Prep was led by Kyron Weir and Toby Nnadozie but Speights secured the 104-75 victory.

Overall, Speights had an incredible weekend in Rock Hill, as they have proven and shown that they should be regarded as one of the top post grad programs in the country.  Only in their first year, it seems that Speights Academy is here to stay and should be in the national spotlight for years to come.

Final: Speights Academy 104 – Believe Prep 75

Speights: David Dixon 31, Jamar Franklin 24, Jalen Keago 16
