2026 6’5 Jossiah Johson (Berean Baptist)

Johnson is a player that brings consistency. You know what you are going to get each and every time he steps on the court, and consistently sets the tone no matter where he plays. The blend of being 6’5, strong and physical, and being an effective scoring option should garner the attention of college coaches. He is comfortable in pushing the ball in transition, creating and making strong moves off the dribble, and is a strong/athletic finisher around the basket.  He also plays hard on the defensive end, bringing a well-rounded game.

2026 6’1 BJ Powell (Combine Academy)

First time really getting a chance to watch Powell in action, and I came away impressed with what we saw. Now at Combine Academy, Powell showed flashes of being an electric guard on the court. He has a tremendous burst in his game, is crafty with the ball in his hands, quick enough to get around defenders and keep them guessing, does a nice job in seeing the floor and finding others, but also is an effective scoring option off the bounce or from the perimeter.

2026 6’10 Tyson Thompson (WS Christian)

Thompson is a big to really watch more of this season with his new program. He gave us a small glimpse of his development, but we still believe that there is a lot left in the tank in what he could be. He has what you are looking for when it comes to strength, physicality, and touch around the basket, but being at WS Christian should only continue to develop his overall game and feel.  Thompson could be one of the underrated bigs that could be a good steal in the coming years.

2026 6’5 Bradley Floyd (WS Christian)

Floyd continues to flourish on the court and we can’t wait to see what he is able to show with his new team.  There is something about his game that I just find very enticing; the blend of skill, size, playmaking and facilitating, rebounding and pushing in transition, and his ability to score the ball in a variety of ways, Floyd is such a versatile piece on the court.  And when it all comes together and he continues to understand more of what he is capable of doing, he could become even scarier on the floor.

2026 6’4 Jyi Dawkins (Ben L. Smith)

Dawkins has had a really good summer and it is time for college coaches to start putting him on their radar more.  He continued that strong play at the camp, showing consistency and playmaking ability. He brings pure production to the table, being assertive and aggressive, attacking and getting downhill, finishing at the rim with athleticism, and knocking down shots from multiple levels. Dawkins also finds ways to be active defensively, helping turn defense into offense.
