2027 Jordan Wiseman (Sewer South)
Avery had a strong showing throughout and was part of a Sewer South team that grabbed my attention. He attacked well, was able to get downhill and be assertive, scored strong, and just be a playmaker on the court.
2027 Connor Hodgson (Future Prep)
He is a big piece to the team’s success with his ability to open up the offense, be an effective scorer from the perimeter, knock down shots from behind the arc, and be productive in a variety of other areas. Plays within the game, makes smart decisions, and can be a big presence for his team overall.
2027 Colt Fowler (Upward Stars)
Fowler was a fan favorite on the court; even though he is one of the smaller guards, this is a kid who is TOUGH and is a playmaking guard. Pushes the ball in transition, attacks the defense and gets by defenders, is a true playmaker for his teammates, and plays with such a scrappy feel overall. Loved his overall impact on the court.
2027 Noah VanBuerden (Riptide)
This is a guard that plays with a mature feel, understands how to be effective, score efficiently, and be a big presence not only from the perimeter but also in other areas as needed. He is comfortable playing within the offense, makes high IQ plays, and plays under control while also being effective offensively.
2026 Griff Simpson (Anthony Morrow Elite)
Simpson had a very good overall weekend, putting up some impressive performances with 30-point showings. He brings a well-rounded game that allows him to not only shine as a shot-maker with a smooth release but also be an effective weapon off the bounce. Plays with control and finds ways to impact the game in a variety of areas.
2026 Nash Stark (STARS Basketball)
Stark was a new name personally for me, but when I watched him, there was a lot to like about his impact and presence. First and foremost, this big man competes and doesn’t back down. He moves and operates well around the basket, shows nice touch in scoring around defenders, competes hard on the glass, and isn’t afraid to be physical on either end. Add on top his ability to stretch the floor at times, Stark caught some eyes over the weekend.
2026 Levi Ball (Middleton Hoops Elite)
Ball is another prospect that gave you plenty of wow moments, as the versatile forward found ways to impact the game on both ends. He is able to create with his mid-range game as well as finish at the rim, showing a polished overall feel with a college-ready frame. Defensively though, he surprised me on several occasions with his athleticism in being able to alter or block shots as well.
