We recently attended the Queen City Classic over the weekend, getting a chance to watch a few teams in action.  One team that impressed us and should be a team for college coaches to look at was Northside Christian Academy.

They have multiple players that really grabbed our attention that college coaches should be looking at and monitoring.

When you first look at the roster, you look at the two leading scorers in 2024 Tyler Collins and 2024 Amani Womack.' Collins is one that knows how and understands how to be productive with her offensive game. She does a nice job of scoring in a variety of ways and being a consistent threat on the floor. Womack was another player that really grabbed my attention at the event; she displayed a confident release and shot-making ability from outside, moved well without the ball, and played hard on both sides of the floor.

2023 Zoe Henderson has been a very good piece for this team with her size.' She brings nice versatility to the floor, being able to handle, get out in transition, finishes around the basket, and operate from multiple areas of the court.' Another senior that played well was 2023 Nykera Engle, who showed her ability to be a threat with her shot-making from outside.

One last player that will be fun to watch and you will want to keep on your radar is 2026 Brianna Carelock. Just a freshman, but you see the glimpses in her game with her ability to run the offense, her quickness and two-way presence, her ability to create and facilitate, and make quality decisions.

Northside Christian has several intriguing players and should be a team for college coaches to check out more.
