4A Playoffs:
- Christ School 75 – Forsyth Country Day 65
Christ School used a balanced attack led by 2025 Zymicah Wilkins who finished with 29 points while Dacen Petty chipped in with 20 points.
- Carmel Christian 73 – Providence Day 65
It was a thriller at Carmel Christian as Providence Day had a chance to win but Bryce Slay saved Carmel at home with a buzzer-beating three to send the game into overtime. This game would need 2 OT’s, as Carmel eventually secured the win at home to advance.

3A Playoffs:
- Concord Academy 56 – Gaston Christian 50
It was a tight game and eventually, it was size that helped determine the outcome. 2025 Alek Kornacki stepped up big with 16 points, while the veteran guards also helped lead the charge.
- Greensboro Day 45 – Davidson Day 39
It was a battle in Greensboro between two premier programs. Once again, GDS was able to make its presence known on the defensive end, as Marty Giant was the leader for the Bengals with 11 points in a low-scoring game.

2A Playoffs:
- Caldwell Academy 93 – Wayne Country Day 62
Caldwell made a statement at home, as they once again were able to show how dangerous they can be offensively, racking up 93 points and cruising to a victory.
- The Burlington School 53 – Harrells Christian 48
Harrells and TBS were in a battle, as TBS was able to make a final push that helped lead to a victory. Antonio McKoy led the way for Harrells with 20 points but TBS had a good balance inside and out with Cam Flippen and Kaden Hammond.

1A Playoffs:
- Victory Christian 83 – Cape Fear Academy 40
VCCS was effective on both ends of the floor, as they jumped out to a strong lead early and simply never looked back as they look for yet another championship.
- Crossroads Christian 58 – New Garden Friends 45
This game between these two teams was a strong battle throughout, as Crossroads Christian held a narrow lead for much of the game and it wasn’t until later in the fourth that they were able to reach a double-digit margin.
