Every year the NC Phenom 150 Exposure camp brings out players from across the region, they are players who walk into the gym and want to compete. They want to showcase themselves and write their own stories.

Spring of 2018 was no different, in fact we were able to sell out two camps with players coming from six different states around the area. There were some familiar names that we saw a ton of growth with and there were some new names to put on the table'

Without further ado, here are some 2019s who stood out during Session 2

6'6' Cameron Phronebarger
Union Academy (Monroe, NC)
Phronebarger walked into the camp passing the eye test. He has very long arms, with wide set shoulders and a very athletic frame. Throughout drills, Phronebarger showcased a great skill set and work ethic. During the games he showed an ability to get HIGH above the rim, rebound and create shots from the wing. Excited to see more of him this travel ball season, Phronebarger was very impressive and one that D1 schools should start to put their eyes on.

7' Filip Vuksanovic
Rabun Gap (Rabun Gap, GA)
Vuksanovic is big and he is a mixed bag when it comes to the look test. However, once the ball is tipped it is very hard to deny the production. He does a great job of playing big around the basket. The lefty has great touch and he is a solid, two handed rebounder. Vuksanovic, who also has a twin bother who is the same size, also stepped out and knocked down multiple 3-pointers off the catch. As he gets stronger he is one to watch closely as a D1 program.

6'10' David Elien
Chapel Hill HS (Chapel Hill, NC)
This was our first time watching Elien and immediately he had us checking our rosters. The 4.0 student has a great basketball frame, very long and athletic. He moves fluidly as he attacks the rim in drills and he looked to have a nice jump shot out to 18 feet. Very new to the game, Elien has a ton of natural tools, including very good timing on the block. As he continues to get stronger, as he continues to play in more and more games, he could take off. It will be fun to watch him throughout this travel ball season and see where he is in July. Very intriguing and worth a look.

6'5' Regin Larsen
Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC)
Larsen is a very confident shooting guard. He played with a high motor off the ball and did a great job getting to his spots and letting the ball fly from his zone. He has a quick release with soft touch and deep range. Very interesting with his size for the position and sneaky athleticism. One D1s should be looking at because there is no denying is ability to get hot and ring off numerous, consecutive baskets.
