The Phenom Summer Havoc Session 1 and Session 2 have come and gone and college coaches had a chance to check out a ton of talent on display. There were several big names and big performances on display but these are a few new names to start adding to your list for the Class of 2024 from the event.

2024 Kaden Hammond (Team United): Hammond has been a name we have spoken about quite a few times before and has been on the Phenom Hoops platform on several occasions. But it seems that he still goes a little underrated and should be looked at more for what he provides.  On a loaded Team United 2024, Hammond sports a terrific big, young frame at 6'8.  He has only gotten bigger and stronger, and you can see his game is starting to mature.  He brings a physical presence down in the paint, can step out with a smooth shot, displays great touch around the basket, is physical on the boards, and has an excellent IQ for the game.  He continues to get better and better each time we see him and it is time to start taking notice more of what he provides.

2024 Armaan Benitez (Team BOND): Benitez was a name that I personally got a chance to watch on multiple occasions and was a name that continued to stand out each time watching Team BOND.  Benitez is a long prospect that did a little bit of everything on the floor.  Whether it was being a leader, handling the ball, pushing out in transition, getting downhill and to the basket, showing off his athleticism at the rim, knocking down shots from multiple levels, or helping on the boards… Benitez really had his hands in everything on the court for his team.  Really liked his aggressiveness out in the open floor to go along with his athleticism, but he also found ways and took smart shots with confidence.

2024 Kamren Martin (Inspire Elite): Martin is a new name personally for me but each time we watched him, he was a standout in each game.  He is a very balanced guard that has great size at 6'4.  Whether it was him handling and initiating the offense or playing off the ball, he made so many smart plays for his team.  What makes Martin so interesting to watch was he has an advanced skill set and makes tremendous decisions; seeing the floor, setting up and finding his teammates well, or creating for himself/knocking down shots from outside, Martin really made his presence known on the court and should be one that more coaches start to look at.

2024 Jai'Son Williams (Juice All-Stars): Juice All-Stars certainly made themselves known at the Summer Havoc and Williams was one of the key pieces. The 6'3 guard put on a show on several occasions, really showing his offensive impact, scoring in a variety of ways, showing tremendous athleticism in finishing that rim, creating with the dribble, and providing a ton of energy on both ends of the floor.  He carried himself as a player with something to prove and that he did, as he was strong all week long for his team.

2024 Colby White (Team Loaded 804 NNK): White was another new name that captured some eyes over the weekend at the Summer Havoc.  The 6'4 guard made several big-time plays and had some tremendous scoring outputs at the event, whether it was penetrating and getting into the lane or relocating and looking for his jumper.  He handles the ball well, was able to get paint touches consistently, brings energy on both sides of the ball, and really showed his versatility on the court.

2024 Randall King (Team Trezz Edwards): King was another player that captured my eyes repeatedly on the floor.  Learning more about him and being a two-sport athlete as he is a big-time football player also, King just seemed to make play after play, no matter where he was on the floor. Whether it was making hustle plays, attacking and rebounding, bringing energy on the defensive side of the ball, finding teammates and setting them up, finishing out in transition or in the paint, or knocking down shots, King was refreshing to watch. He just did whatever was needed for his team to win.
