Kincaid is an electric athlete, who is quick as a cat. This young stud can explode off the bounce with blow-by speed for easy finishes at the rim. He is a knockdown catch-and-shoot sniper, shooting 38% from deep but he can drop a sweet dime as well. Kincaid is an item, but that defense is special. He is a lockdown perimeter defender.
It was a beautiful thing to watch him put on quite a show out there on both ends of the court. He elevated his ability to facilitate the offense so effectively. In Texas, he was the difference in a tight game as he locked up the best player on the opposing team. Big meant nothing to him; that fire was burning. Kincaid’s biggest improvement over the summer was his ball handling and creating his own shot off the dribble.
Last season, he averaged 9pts, 3rebs, 3asts, and 1.5 stls. His goal for the upcoming season is to win OPOY, 30 wins, first-team all-district, and averaging 15pts per game. What separates him is his work ethic and his high basketball IQ. He was literally a coach on the floor.
He is hungry. The kid just wants to play. He won’t back down from anyone and will outwork anyone on that floor and be that defensive stud every coach dreams of. Going to be fun in Texas this season.
