2025 6’1 Brandon White (Bluffton):
White captured quite a bit of attention from our scouts, as the guard from Bluffton really showed his scoring ability and leadership. White, a 6’1 guard, really intrigued us with his athleticism and his scoring capabilities, leading the charge on several occasions at the Team Camp. He uses his length well on defense, creates well off the dribble, defends and rebounds well, and uses his quickness and feel to bring production.
2026 6’4 KJ Shouse (Carolina International):
Shouse had previously shown before to be a key factor on the court and an x-factor for his team in several valuable areas. But now, with Carolina International, Shouse has an opportunity to flourish as a well-rounded prospect on both ends, a reliable scorer, and one that brings a lot of versatility. Shouse has a chance to elevate his game to another level.
2025 6’11 Alek Kornacki (Concord Academy):
Kornacki is one that I would have my eyes on this upcoming season, as I was really impressed with him being a difference-maker on both sides of the court. Kornacki really has shown his development on the offensive end, showing tremendous touch and feel in the post, scoring well over defenders and at the rim. But he was also excellent as a rim protector, altering shots and controlling the paint.
2025 6’0 Miles Leaks (Piedmont):
Leaks has made our list on several occasions, and he is coming off a terrific junior season in which he averaged 20ppg at Piedmont. Once again, Leaks had a strong showing at the Team Camp and I expect him to play at a high level, leading the charge with a high IQ, scoring in a variety of ways, running the offense well, and being a terrific value as a leader. More schools could use a guard like him on the floor.
2025 6’1 Arael Jones (Hopewell):
Jones, who is coming from Northside Christian, had a great showing with Hopewell at the team camp and continues to bring such value to the table. He was an x-factor at NCA and showed that once again with his toughness, his ability to play within the offense, his non-stop motor, his strong frame, and his ability to create and make plays. He brings that same intensity on the defensive end, as he should be in for yet another big year.
