Phenom Hoops continues to bring attention to players around the country, as we head out to California to check in with 2025 6’5 Tariq Bridges. A player that has been garnering more attention this summer, Bridges has been developing and showing more of his game, which is catching the attention of more college programs at multiple levels.

Bridges, who plays at St. Pius X, spoke to Phenom Hoops recently to talk about some of the latest, including two new offers (one coming from the SEC), any planned visits coming up, along with more about his game, and who he likes to model it after.

Check out more of the latest.

Phenom: Which schools have been recruiting you the hardest or staying in touch the most?
Bridges: Schools and new interests that have been recruiting me the hardest would include, Ole Miss, Monmouth, Iowa University, SMU, Creighton, and Old Dominion University so far with other interests.

Phenom: Who are the latest schools to offer?
Bridges: The newest offers are Monmouth and Ole Miss. I plan on going to a visit up at Monmouth sometime in September.

Phenom: How would you best describe your game?
Bridges: I would best describe my game as a 3-and-D type of player where I can knock down a shot from anywhere and put the ball on the floor when in need and I will then go on the other side of the floor and play great defense.

Phenom: Any player you model your game after?
Bridges: I like to model my game off of Collin Sexton to try and match his intensity and his aggressiveness, I also like to look at Bradley Beal because he is very close to my size, plays like me, and gets to his spots well, then I would say Klay Thompson because of his movement off ball and shooting ability.
