2024 Michaela Hodge: The 6’3 prospect from Northampton County High School announced that she has committed and will be playing at Hofstra for head coach Danielle Atkinson. She earned an offer from the program back in July, and she will be able to bring true size down in the post, along with a good presence in the paint. Here is what we said about her at our Lady NC Top 80: “She’s a long, mobile, energetic post prospect with soft touch and a reliable post arsenal. Hodge finishes well with both hands, knocks down midrange jumpers at a nice rate, and moves properly as an off-ball cutter. She alters a ton of shots defensively, outrebounds her assignment, and runs the floor hard in transition. Hodge is able to impact the game with or without the ball in her hands.”
2024 Olivia Tucker: Tucker, a prospect from Panther Creek, recently announced on Tuesday that she would be staying here in North Carolina and committing to Campbell. Tucker is a guard that can hurt you in a variety of ways, scoring out in transition and off the dribble, but also has a confident shot from the perimeter. She is coming off a junior season in which she averaged 16.8ppg, 3.4rpg, 4.1apg, and 3.0spg while shooting 36 percent from three.
2024 Khloe Miller: Another prospect from North Carolina, the 6’2 prospect Khloe Miller announced that she would be heading to Greenville and committing to East Carolina. Miller held multiple offers from all around but earned an offer from the Pirates back in August.
2026 Miley Malcolm: Malcolm is a young prospect, part of the Class of 2026 at Porter Ridge, that we have watched a few times and have been impressed by. The point guard recently announced that she had received her first offer from UNCW, but we believe there are plenty more offers that should be coming her way. We said this about her game not long ago: “Can really see the intrigue with 2026 Miley Malcolm! You can see why she is labeled as a big guard; handles, creates well, and can be a versatile piece on the floor with her size at 6’0.”
