2030 Heavenly Craig (Wilkes Hoop Group)

Craig may have been the best prospect that I saw throughout the weekend on the girls’ side. It took all but five minutes to watch her operate on the court and see that she is going to be a name to learn in the coming years. Craig had a ton of tools that stood out with her game, whether she could create her own shot, her impressive handles and creativity, her ability to attack the basket and finish through contact, her shot-making from deep, or her defensive presence, she had a lot to offer and clearly should be a prospect to watch out for sooner rather than later.

2030 Calyse Epps (Team Trezz)

Epps was a tough, scrappy, competitive guard that impressed me throughout the event. Though some games didn’t go her team’s way, she put it all out there, played with a motor, and was assertive with her offensive game. Epps did a great job in being able to attack the defense, get inside, and finish strong around or through defenders. She had strong handles, excelled in the open court, and was a playmaker all throughout the event, as she will be a name worth watching down the road.

2028 Hannah Headen (Rising Pros)

Headen impressed last year with Lady Phenom and she continues to impress again. She has a strong feel for the game and knows how to simply bring production to the court. Having the ball in her hands allows her to showcase her shot-making, her ability to create and be a playmaker for others, and her ability to get to the basket and finish. She displays a strong IQ for the game and she competes.

2030 Trinity Durant (Charlotte Dream)

Durant is another young prospect that played at a high level and one can see that she has the tools to be special in the coming years. Time after time, we were able to witness her ability to be a strong playmaker, attacking downhill, weaving through the defense, getting to the rim, scoring from all levels on the court, and making an impact is so many other areas on the court. She was consistent throughout and loved her ability to be a force.

2029 Zoe Whitfield (CP3)

Whitfield really shined on the big stage throughout this event, as the 5’9 prospect has terrific positional size but also is extremely effective on the court in so many areas. She has a ton of confidence in her ability to knock down shots, using her size well, and bringing versatility to the court. But she also plays within the offense, being unselfish in creating for others, making good decisions, and understanding when to step up offensively and be a force.
