Player: Tiara Thompson
Class: 2026
School: West Rowan

West Rowan certainly will have the attention of everyone this year once again, after going undefeated last year and earning a title.  And they bring plenty of firepower, as we had a great opportunity to check out the talent at the Jamboree. There are plenty of players to talk about, but a young prospect that intrigued us a lot was 2026 Tiara Thompson.

Thompson, who is coming off a strong freshman season in averaging 12 points per game, showcased her development and potential at the Jamboree, filling it up offensively and taking the next step in her game. Thompson was an effective scoring presence, getting to the line consistently, creating well off the bounce, getting inside and finishing, and also delivering strong passes to set up her teammates. She plays with a strong motor, can make her impact felt on both sides of the ball, and can score from a variety of levels. A true leader on the court for a player so young, she should only continue to develop nicely as a player and one to truly watch for a must-see program again in West Rowan.
