Hill: The coaching staff and the culture they have created. They kept a great relationship with me for a while, which showed me that they really care.
Lady Phenom: What were some other factors that went into your decision'
Hill: Academics was another factor that is important to me. I wanted to go somewhere that could support me after my basketball career is over. Another factor was fit on the court. I felt that Albany’s system and my style of play are similar.
Lady Phenom: What do they hope you can bring with your game' And what do you hope to bring in your eyes early on'
Hill: I’m going to bring a point guard that can share the ball efficiently but also score when needed. Early on, I want to bring intensity to both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor.
